Reverse Osmosis Experience the pinnacle of water purification with our advanced reverse osmosis process. Utilizing semi-permeable spiral wound membranes, this method effectively separates and removes dissolved solids, organic materials, pyrogens, sub-micron colloidal matter, and bacteria from water. Subjected to a pressure of about 16 kg/cm², feed water flows through these membranes. Purified water permeates through the minute pores, while impurities are concentrated in the reject stream and expelled. Our reverse osmosis technology ensures removal of up to 90-99% of total dissolved solids (TDS), 99% of organics, including pyrogens, and 99% of bacteria, delivering water of the highest purity.
2. How Does Reverse Osmosis Work?
The journey of raw water through our system: it begins with the booster pump and progresses through a quartz sand filter, followed by an activated carbon filter, and an antiscalant dosing system. It then passes through a security filter, a high-pressure pump, and enters the RO system. Finally, it is treated by an ozone generator before reaching the pure water tank or continues to a bottled water filling production line.
