Product Description

250 liters per hour Reverse Osmosis unit with EDI module System for to manufacture car coolants

Reverse osmosis process uses semi permeable spiral wound membranes to separate and remove dissolved solids, organic, pyrogen, colloidal matter and bacteria from water. Feed water is delivered under a pressure of approximately 0.9Mpa~1.5Mpa through reverse osmosis membranes. Water permeates the fine pores of the membrane and is delivered as purified water. Impurities in the water are concentrated in the reject stream and flushed to drain. Reverse osmosis is capable of removing 96%-99% of total dissolved solids (TDS), 99% of organic matter, including pyrogen, and 99% bacterial in the feed water.

EDI (electrodeionization) is also known as electrodeionization, it's a new type of ultra pure water producing technology which gradually developed in the 20th Century, It is a revolutionary progress in the history of pure water production technology.  This technology is skillfully combined electroosmosis technology with ion exchange technology. By means of the selectivity permeation effect on anion and cation by the anion and cation exchange membrane, and exchange effect on ion by ion exchange resin. Under direct-current electric field, realize the directed migration of ions, thus completely make water salt removing, meanwhile, hydrogen ion and hydroxyl ion generated by water electrolysis will continuously make the ion exchange resin regeneration, so it can produce ultrapure water continuously without acid-base chemical regeneration. With the advantages of advanced technology, compact structure and simple operation. It can be widely applied in the fields of power, electronics, medicine, chemical industry, food and laboratory, and it is a green revolution of water treatment technology. The output water quality has the best stability, water quality can reach 5MΩ ~18.2 MΩ.
