RO SYSTEM

1.The reverse osmosis device is an equipment to purify the saltine water with the action of pressure difference of semi permeable membrane. It is called reverse osmosis, as it is counter to natural penetration direction. Different materials have different osmotic pressures.
2.The reverse osmosis method to adopt larger osmotic pressures is used to obtain the purpose to separate, extract, purify and condense.
3.More than 97% soluble salts and 99%glues, microbe, particulate and organic substances and etc can be removed with the reverse osmosis.

Working Process Chart:

Raw water→ Raw water tanks →Raw water pumps →Sand filter→ Iron removal filter→Activated carbon filter → 5 μ m security filter → RO membrane →UV→ Pure water tank →Water tank.

STEP<1>. Sand Filter: to use sand media down to 0.5-1mm. which filter size can be down to 200micron. some big suspended solids like coolloids, rust, mud, imparity etc can be trapped by media bed. and be removed from water.

STEP<2>. Carbon Filter: can absorb some organism, dissolved air, odor & color matter etc.

STEP<3>. Softener: use cation exchange resin to remove Calcium, Magnesium etc to make soft water.
                  Iron removal filter : Remove iron 

STEP<4>. Micron Filter: use 5 -20 micron sediment cartridge filter / bag filter, to remove the passed suspended solid from pre-treatment. so that more safty for entrance of RO. 

STEP<5> RO system : Can remove particles, colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, bacteria, virus, heat source etc. harmful substances and 97% dissolved salts.
