Two stage RO system

This water treatment system uses mechanical filters, activated carbon filter as a pre-class treatment, the effective removal of suspended solids in raw water, sediment particles , organic colloids, organic matter, odor, chlorine and other impurities, with pre-programmed as a reverse osmosis desalination plant to remove the raw water. Most of the dissolved salts, bacteria, hot stream and so on, to ensure finished water quality standards. 

If raw water conductivity is less than 300uS/cm, first stage output is less than 10uS/cm, two stage output is 2uS/cm

EDI system

EDI, also known as electric desalination. It is a new ultra pure water technology which gradually developed in the 20th century. EDI equipment combined electro dialysis technology and ion exchange technology. It is using the selectivity penetrate function of anion and cation membrane and exchange function of ion exchange resin, under direct current electric field to make ion directed migration. Finally to make deep desalination of water. In the same time, hydrogen ion and hydroxide ion which produced when water ionize will regenerate ion exchange resin. So if use EDI equipment, no need acid and alkali chemical to do any regeneration, and it can produce ultra pure water continuously.

EDI input water must less than 10uS/cm, output water quality less than 0.2uS/cm.

Polished mixed bed system

Polishing resins are generally used at the end of ultrapure water treatment systems to ensure that the
system's effluent quality maintains water standards. Generally, the effluent water quality can reach 18
megaohms or more. After the polishing resin fails, it is discarded. Filled with resin, it can be used when
slowly passed through water.

Recycle water in pure water tank to minimize conductivity, Resistivity more than 18MΩ.

Process

Untreated water feed pump →Quartz sand filtration→ Active carbon filtration → Security filter → 1st stage high pressure pump →1st stage RO system→2nd stage high pressure pump→2nd stage RO system→EDI system→UV sterilizer→Polished mixed bed system→output supply point 

Some parts function

1.Raw water pump: provide needed pressure for every pre-treatment filter;
2.Quartz sand filter: use fiber glass as housing, fill quartz sand, it can filter big particles impurities, suspended substances, colloids etc. Important to remove iron and sediments you mentioned;
3.Activated carbon filter: use fiber glass as housing, fill activated carbon, remove color, odor, residual chlorine and organics substances;
4.Security filter: prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5µm;
5.High pressure pump: provide needed working pressure for RO system, ensure production capacity of pure water;
6.RO system: can remove particles, colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, bacteria, virus, heat source etc. harmful substances and 99% dissolved salts.
