Reverse Osmosis Technology The reverse osmosis process employs semi-permeable spiral-wound membranes to meticulously separate and remove dissolved solids, organic compounds, pyrogens, sub-micron colloidal matter, and bacteria from the water. With feed water delivered under a pressure of approximately 16 kg/cm², it passes through the reverse osmosis membranes where water permeates the minute pores, emerging as purified water. Impurities are concentrated in the reject stream and flushed away. This process is highly efficient, capable of removing 90-99% of total dissolved solids (TDS), 99% of organic substances, including pyrogens, and 99% of bacteria from the feed water.
