SUS-316 250 LPH Heat Disinfection Machine Hospital Ultrapure Water System RO EDI System for Medical Manufacturer

RO EDI water treatment system is developed a membrane separation technology, which mainly use the semipermeable membrane permeation principle, to give it a certain way by applying a pressure on the natural infiltration direction against the force of the water in the concentrated solution dilute the solution to penetrate this way is called reverse osmosis. By the components of the device is reverse osmosis reverse osmosis unit.

1. EDI details

--China brand and Europe/USA brand for optional.
--EDI, also called electric desalination is a new ultra pure water technology which gradually developed in the 20th century, which combines electric dialysis technology and ions exchange technology.
--It is using the selectivity penerate function of anion and cation membrane and exchange function of ions exchange resin, under direct current electric field to make ion directed migration.
--Finally to make deep desalination of water. In the same time, hydrogen ion and hydroxide ion which produced when water ionized will regeneration, and it can produce ultra pure water continuously.



2. Working Process

Raw water tank(user supply)→ raw water pump→quartz sand filter →activated carbon filter→security filter→1st stage high pressure pump→1st stage ro system→2nd stage high pressure pump→2nd stage ro system→pure water tank(user supply)+UV sterilizer+precision filter+ water supply point
 
1.  Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter
2.  Sand filter-- get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, ect.
3.  Active Carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, ect.
4.  Softener--exchange "ions" of calcium and magnesium with the most common and easiest method.
5.  Security filter--prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um,
6.  High pressure pump-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane
7.  RO system-- main part of the plant. The RO membrane's desalting rate can reach 99%, removing over 99% ions
 
3. Replacement time of consumable parts
All parts will depends on raw water quality, better quality longer life span^^
 
1. Quartz sand: 12-16 months
2. Activated carbon:12-16 months
3. Cation resin: around two years 
3. RO membranes: around two year
4. PP sediment filter cartridge: every 1 month
